The Duel

"The Duel" is a short 3D Digital Character Animation.

This Animated Short was based on the sequence from the fantasy novel "The Dragon Reborn" by Robert Jordan. Duration 83 seconds.

The sequence we have decided to animate involves two humans dueling to the death with swords, as you can see on the storyboard images. The website project listed under the Portfolio > Web section of this site, showcase some final rendered scenes.

The production involved: texture design and implementation (for characters & set), set design, special effects, titling, lighting, and video/sound editing.
